Eco2Coin is a Web3-based carbon credit tokenization platform designed to bring real-world renewable energy assets onto the blockchain. The project aims to create a more transparent, verifiable, and accessible ecosystem for trading, ownership, and certification of renewable energy assets through decentralized technologies.

Users can connect crypto wallets, purchase tokenized renewable energy assets, and generate NFT-based certificates through a modern and intuitive Web3 experience designed to simplify complex blockchain interactions for both crypto-native and non-technical users.

The project was developed in collaboration with blockchain developers from the Cryptography Faculty at the University of Debrecen.
